The pharmacist is extremely knowledgeable, not pushy or a know it all type, more caring. I went in to get a prescription refill and was told it was recalled, I had no idea. He phoned my doctor to get me on a new prescription, then called my work to let me know it was ready that day.If you are getting a vaccine, I recommend this pharmacist as he is better at giving needles than any of the nurses I have had,The staff interactions I have had are also very personable. Great for in a small town.

A small, locally owned community pharmacy with highly trained, knowledgeable, caring and helpful staff. Specialty services such as flu shots and blister packages. Conveniently located in the centre of the community near the doctors office. The pharmacy 100% specializes in prescription medications and over the counter medications and overall healthcare unlike many other chain pharmacies. The staff and especially the pharmacists genuinely care about their patients and are invested in their health and well-being.

Very attentive and accommodating to your needs. Very knowledgable and up to date with drug information & statistics. A big bonus is that they are also fluent in American Sign Language.

I am so very happy that I started using our IDA. Prices are so much better than the drugstore I use to go to. The staff is super friendly and very approachable and are willing to help. They are so fast and efficient that it is truly amazing. The Best part though is the service, I leave with a smile every time. A big thank you to all the staff. You have made my transition from my old drug store to you so easy. My only negative is the fact that I did not start getting my meds there sooner.

Pharmacy that prioritizes customer service and top notch patient care. I’m a type 1 diabetic who was traveling through Lumby and realized I’d forgotten my insulin in my home town. Pulled into this IDA where Brenda worked as fast as she could to get me covered. 20mins after arriving at the store and I had a box of insulin handed to me. IDA saved the day. Was back at my camp site by 10am. Thank you Lumby IDA!

Truly amazing staff!! Everytime I have went here they were super helpful and always happy. But nothing beats the service I got today! My husband burned him self pretty bad and the clinic was closed. We went in there to get some cream to just help for the night and the Pharmacist was so amazing. She cleaned it, put stuff on it and wrapped it for us. Sent us home with stuff to clean it tomorrow for when hes done work. And she did this all out of the kindness of her heart!! Truly amazing! I cant thank her and the team enough!! Lumby is an amazing community already but that was just more proof that this town is where I want to be!

Kyle is one of the best out there. He is more knowledgeable and understanding than any other pharmacist. I drive from Vernon to Lumby because I know I will be in good hands. No one else compares to Lumby Ida!!
